I've had a car repaired by another shop TWICE and both times the work was subpar. I then found America's Auto Body. I visited the shop and met with Art to see if they could fix the car correctly. Art has been extremely professional. He explained why the repair was incorrect and what needs to be happen to fix it. He informed me that the insurance most likely will total the car as it would be too expensive to repair it. He spoke to the insurance and to the original shop. He also spoke to me multiple times and knew he will not be compensated for the time as the car would be totaled. When I visited the shop the work area was extremely clean, and everything look very professional. If I need any body work in the future I would not hesitate to bring my car here. My only regret is that I did not know about this shop before letting the other shop work on it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this outstanding shop. The shop will work for you and not for the insurance company. read less

From calling the shop to make an appointment til the completed repair, I had a very good experience. Wendy was always so pleasant and kind, and I cannot say enough good things about Art ,who was the person that handled my repair. He let me know it would take some time because the insurance company of the driver was not and easy one to deal with, (which I had already experienced when talking with them). My 7 year old Audi-with new engine,transmission and suspension--got rearended and Allstate wanted to total it with all of these valuable new additions. Art spent months making me whole and repaired it with Audi Certified quality--with the help of Tim Machonga from Audi HoffmanEstates who is also super. My 2017 Q-7 is now made whole in perfect condition and Art did all the complicated fighting for me with Allstate and then delivered my perfectly repaired car back with nothing due. My dealer had recommended I have my car towed directly to America's Autobody when I called him from the scene of the accident--before even making the claim with the offenders insurance (Jerry the Owner evenset me up at a desk to make it easy for me to make the claim after it arrived) and they paid my Tow Truck Driver and billed Allstate. I had to be firm that I wanted it ONLY repaired by America's Autobody to be Audi Certified because Allstate wanted me to transfer it later....so glad I didn't.America's Autobody--Jerry W/owner and Art Garcia the BEST!!!!! read less
